A30XTA thermal sensor, algorithmic-addressable for fire detection.
The principle of operation of the A30XTA sensor is based on the physical properties of an NTC. The variation of the electrical characteristics of the NTC thermistor due to the variation of the ambient temperature is what allows its use as a thermal sensor.
The A30XTA is capable of recording absolute temperatures (thermal sensor) as well as temperature increase ramps (thermovelocimetric function).
The thermovelocimetric function allows detection of a fire in the early stages of its development or, if the fire is very slow, it is activated when the temperature reaches 60°C.
Key features
- Low profile, overall height less than 45 mm (including socket).
