Cofem360 remote communication system
System for algorithmic-addressable control panels with Onix, Quartz and Rubí references, and the conventional Silver control panel.
It enables remote connection of the fire detection and alarm control panel to the cofem360 app, available for mobile devices running iOS and Android, provided there is an internet connection.
Setting up the system is quick and easy: simply download the app from the App Store or Google Play and scan the QR code on the control unit. The control panel will then be linked to the mobile device user.
The app allows users to receive notifications regarding alarms, faults, actions, etc., from the control panels linked to their account, and to access the control panel’s management interface directly. It also allows users to access the management interface of any control panel linked to their account, view the latest events, and perform actions such as ‘silencing sirens’, ‘resetting the control panel’, ‘activating/stopping the evacuation’, etc.
The system is an essential tool for installers and maintenance technicians during commissioning, maintenance work, remote customer support, or even for those responsible for the installation or the end customer.
