Zyr digital repeater

Zyr digital repeater
Fire detection and alarm algorithmic control panel certified EN 54-2 and EN 54-4 in accordance with the Construction Products Directive.
The LYON REMOTE / ZAFIR / COMPACT Lyon central controller allows connecting up to 15 repeaters, by means of a 4-wire 1.5 mm2 connection (two power supply wires and two communication wires for the RS485 line). The two wires of the RS485 line will be connected from the control panel to the corresponding repeaters. The connection of the repeaters is made as shown in the attached figure.
Up to 3 repeaters can be connected to the 30V output of the Lyon Remote control panel power supply. For the C-Lyon and Zafir control panels, 1 repeater can be powered. The rest of the repeaters must be powered from the 30V output of an external power supply.
The connection of the repeaters, both communication cables and 30 V power supply cables, will be made with 2 x 1.5 mm2 twisted and shielded halogen-free cable, up to a maximum cable length of 1200 meters.
At the end of the installation, a 120 Ω resistor must be connected to the back panel of the last repeater connected.

Central Zafir

Central Zafir, algorithmic power in a compact format
Cofem’s new Zafir fire detection and alarm control panel redefines intelligent security efficiency. Certified to EN 54-2 and EN 54-4 in accordance with the Construction Products Directive, it integrates all the power of an algorithmic-addressable system in a surprisingly compact format.
Capable of managing up to 452 devices distributed in 2 loops, the Zafir concentrates intelligence and functionality in a design that optimizes space without sacrificing the performance of an advanced system.
Its full compatibility with the Lyon ecosystem ensures seamless integration into existing or new installations. Each loop component – detectors, pushbuttons, relay modules, master units and technical signal modules – self-identifies when connected, eliminating the need for manual coding or pre-configuration. This translates into a faster, more intuitive installation that is ready to grow or adapt to new requirements with minimal intervention.
The Zafir control panel not only simplifies the installation: it makes it smarter. Designed for environments where space is at a premium but safety is non-negotiable, it combines algorithmic precision, operational flexibility and a hassle-free installation experience.

Central Compact Lyon

Central Compact Lyon, modular intelligence for medium-sized installations.
Cofem’s Compact Lyon algorithmic-directional control panel is certified under the EN 54-2 and EN 54-4 standards, complying with the latest fire safety directives.
Designed with the same functional architecture as Lyon Remote, this control panel maintains full compatibility with all its elements: from wiring and analog detectors to pushbuttons, modules and sirens. This ensures frictionless integration in new installations or technological upgrades.
Compact Lyon is the ideal solution for medium-sized spaces that have traditionally opted for conventional systems. Its leap to an algorithmic-addressable platform offers all the advantages of an intelligent system: detection accuracy, advanced customization and increased operational reliability. In addition, its network capability makes it a dynamic node within scalable installations.
Thanks to its inter-plant connection functionality, it can share information and operate collaboratively, behaving as an intelligent repeater that extends the control and security of the overall system. Compact Lyon is not only versatile, it is also scalable: technology designed to grow with the needs of the environment, without compromising quality, response or protection.

Central Lyon Remote

Central Lyon Remote, the intelligence that expands protection.
Cofem’s algorithmic-addressable detection system acts as an intelligent nerve centre: it recognises in real time the exact device —sensor or push button— that generates an alarm or warns of a fault, and allows all monitoring parameters —alarm levels, sensitivity, delays— to be adjusted with surgical precision. Its adaptive logic calibrates each detection point according to environmental conditions and the degree of dirt on the head, maintaining reliability even in hostile environments.
All elements of the loop—detectors, push buttons, relay modules, master units, and technical signal modules—are self-identifiable. Simply connect them: the control panel detects and numbers them without the need for dip-switches or manual programming. The result is a faster, cleaner installation that is ready to grow or be reconfigured as easily as plugging in a new device.
Taken together, the Lyon Remote architecture ensures proactive and evolutionary protection: technology that not only monitors, but also learns and adapts to safeguard what matters most.
