Fire hydrant Ø25 B330

Fire hydrant equipped with Ø25 mm according to UNE/EN 671-1 standard and 30 m of semi-rigid hose manufactured according to UNE 694. It is composed of:

Horizontal cabinet made of 1 mm thick steel sheet, painted in red color RAL 3000, measuring 630 x 610 x 245 mm, with stainless steel door to place methacrylate, and easy opening lock, provided with arm fixing bracket and pre-drilled holes for the power supply input, including hose reel, hose, lance, folding arm, seat valve, pressure gauge and supply hose.

The B.I.E. can be manufactured in another color, having the RAL provided by the customer, or in stainless steel, and can be mounted on an arch for floor mounting.

Also, on request, the cabinet door design has several options: standard, red blind, white blind, red half-blind, white half-blind, fully stainless steel, etc.

Key features

  • Ø500 mm disc dereeler, red painted, with axial feed.
  • Semi-rigid hose of Ø25 mm and 30 m length, manufactured according to EN 694 Standard and with N mark according to Standard.
  • Lance with three effects: closing, spraying and jet, connected by means of a threaded plug to the end of the hose.
  • Red painted arm with double joint and fixing plate to the cabinet support.
  • 1″ 90º seat valve, with 1/8″ pressure gauge socket.
  • Pressure gauge graduated from 0 to 25 bar.
  • Supply hose between the valve and the reel, with semi-rigid hose Ø25 mm.

It incorporates an action indicator (led) that lights up in case of manual actuation, in addition to triggering a yellow tab at the bottom of the actuating face.

The extinguishing system supports the possibility of incorporating extinguishing signs.
Since the tripping of an extinguishing system may involve certain risks and hazards, the function of the extinguishing sign is to warn personnel in sensitive areas of the imminent tripping of the system or that the system is tripped.

Three types of extinguishing signs are available:
1) LLHST: Device with sound and light warning function.
2) LLH: Device with sound, light and information sticker function.
3) LLH23: Device with sound EN 54-3, light EN 54-23 and information sticker function.
4) LLH65: Acoustic optical device for outdoors, IP65 protection and information sticker.

The third device should always be used in installations where there are no other EN 54-3 and EN 54-23 fire warning devices.

CLVR 02EXT: Control panel with 2 zones with Extinction functionality.

The control panel also incorporates a third zone that can be configured as a conventional zone independent of the extinguishing zone in order to be able to protect a small area close to the flooding/extinguishing area against fire, or to allow the supervision of an external fire protection system indicating a fault, such as a pressure switch contact.

The characteristics of CLVR plants are common to all models.

  • Control panel with 2 zones with extinguishing functionality for use with conventional detectors and pushbuttons.
  • Additional third zone can be configured as a fire detection and alarm zone for conventional detectors and push buttons or as a supervisory input for an external fire protection system.
  • Same technical features as conventional CLVR control panels (2 general siren outputs, 1 alarm output, 1 fault output, 2 30 Vdc outputs, test mode, threshold configuration, metal box, etc.).
  • 3 Extinguishing modes of operation:
    • Normal Mode: Extinction pre-warning output R1 is activated when Zone 1 or Zone 2 is in alarm state.
    • Consecutive Mode: Output R1 is activated intermittently (1s with Zone 1 or Zone 2 in alarm state, 0.5s with Zones 1 and 2 in alarm state, and continues once the delay of the extinction output R2 has expired).
    • Simultaneous Mode: Output R1 is activated with Zone 1 and 2 in alarm state.
  • 1 extinguishing stop key and 1 extinguishing activation key on the control panel.
  • Possibility of installing manual stop and fire extinguishing pushbuttons in the flooding zone.
  • 1 extinction output (named as “R2”) supervised, delayable between 0 and 60s, and protected by a resettable fuse.
  • Delay of reset release after extinguishing activation programmable between 0 and 30 minutes.
  • MODBUS protocol with RS485 output on request.
  • Possibility of ON-LINE software on PC using MODBUS functionality.
  • CONTACTID on demand.
